(1) Button Bit Grinder

Sanroc Grind SA220 button bit grinder is a high power, pneumatic tool for button bit(like thread button bit, DTH hammer bit) recondition, which is designed for hand held use. It's grinding system features an efficient throttle and support handle, which give the operator an unprecedented level power and control, making Sanroc Grind SA220 the premier tool for even the most demanding job.
SA220 hand-held grinding machines have quickly established themselves as dependable and versatile machines, credited by the professionals and CE approved.

Our Air Grinders require a clean and dry air supply of a minimum 80 psi and 29 cfm passing through an in-line oiler to supply lubrication to the grinder. Also, a supply of water from a mains supply or a sump is required to act as a coolant during the grinding process.

Through changing the quick chuck, the operator can use different types of grinding cup(also called grinding pin) on Sanroc Grind SA220, like the cups with WING drive(8mm shank), and from san-drive grinding cup with 9mm shank, and Allas Copco's 55-drive grinding cup, also the cup from CME with hex-drive.

To get the best grinding effect, you should use the No. 1 quality grinding cups(grinding pins) made by SANSUNG company.
Sansung makes and supplies 4 models of grinding cups(grinding pins) as below:

1. Wing (shoulder) drive grinding cup for, with a 8mm diameter shaft(shank) and one O-ring. Suitable for Atlas Copco LSD machines, Jasco, Dorey and KING PIN grinding machine.
2. San drive grinding cup, with a 9mm diameter shaft(shank).
3. 55 drive grinding cup is for all Atlas grinding machines.
4. Internal hex drive grinding cup is for all CME grinding machines.
